The IGA is offering two types of trade space at Gaelcon: stalls and islands. Trade stalls run along the walls of the Ballroom. Frontage is priced at 50 euro per metre, which includes 2 metres of space between the trade table and the wall. Trade islands are free-standing, rectangular stands in the main area of the Ballroom. Frontage is purchased at 50 euro per metre of frontage along the long side of the rectangle – the short sides come free! The Prestige Island, which is the first trade spot that attendees will see as they enter the hall, is priced at 75 euro per metre.

Both types of trade space come with free entry to the Convention for traders and their staff. The Convention hall will be open from 10am to 7pm for the three days of the Convention. Gaelcon will provide a secure storage space for traders who wish to keep their stock on-site overnight.
